We recommend that hosts reply to all guest messages within 24 hours. If your booking is confirmed and your stay is more than 24 hours away, it may take the host a little longer to get back to you. 
 
Locate a host’s contact details 
You can find the host’s contact details by logging into My trips and selecting your upcoming trip.  

Send an urgent message 
If your message is urgent and the host isn’t responding to email, we recommend that you contact them by phone if they've provided a number. If the host doesn’t answer the first time you call, we recommend that you leave a voice mail and try to call again later. 
 
If the host hasn’t contacted you and you’re due to check into the property in less than 24 hours, please contact our customer support team and we'll try to contact the host on your behalf.
