You can archive a listing when you no longer plan to use it. You may want to archive a listing if you have sold the property, created the listing by mistake, or you are a property manager whose rental agreement has ended.

If you plan to make the listing active again in the future, you can instead pause or hide it.

 

Before you archive a listing

You must hide the listing before you can archive it. Only listings that are already hidden can be archived.

 

Archive a hidden listing

  1. Log in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, select the listing.
  3. In the menu, select Property.
  4. Select Property details.
  5. In Listing status, select Archive.

It may take up to 24 hours for the listing to appear as archived in your account.
