Investigating Incidents 
Partners and travelers must cooperate with and provide reasonably requested information to us if needed. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our marketplace who fails to comply. 

Emergency Services 
As a best practice, partners should list contact information for emergency services in a reasonably discoverable place like your guidebook or refrigerator. 

We also recommend developing and maintaining a response plan covering acts or reasonably credible threats of physical harm.
