Export your reservation calendar
The Calendar page on the dashboard allows you to export your reservation calendar for each live property.
To export your reservation calendar, follow the steps below:
If you have also set up an import from that calendar to your reservations calendar, you may experience issues with payments for those dates. You should only include tentative reservations when exporting to a private calendar, not when exporting to another booking site.
To export your reservation calendar, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the listing if you have more than one rental property.
- Select Calendar.
- Select Import & export.
- Select Export calendar.
- Select Copy URL and follow the instructions on your external calendar to import.
Export tentative reservations
If you select the Include tentative reservations in this export checkbox, tentative reservations will show as blocked in the exported calendar.If you have also set up an import from that calendar to your reservations calendar, you may experience issues with payments for those dates.
