Important: This article is for Integrated Property Managers (IPMs).

If your listing is inactive, it will not be bookable on the Vrbo site. See reasons why your listing may be inactive below:

Paused/hidden

You may have paused or hidden the listing in either the Vrbo dashboard or your property management software.

Check the ‘Property Details’ page of your listing to see if your listing has been paused or hidden. To reactivate the listing from the ‘Property details’ page, open the ‘Status’ drop-down menu and select Enable.

Inactive in your property management software

If a listing has been made inactive in your software, you must re-activate it to resume the data feed to Vrbo.

Reactivating a listing on the Vrbo owner dashboard while the listing is inactive in your software will cause the listing to revert back to an inactive status.

Restricted

Vrbo may restrict listings due to partner-initiated cancellations that have not been waived, incomplete registration information, unresponsiveness to traveler complaints, health & safety issues, or other marketplace violations.

For more information, see About restricted listings and delisting.
