In 2026, Vrbo will launch Performance Milestones. Performance Milestones help you measure how well you're performing on the Vrbo marketplace and recognize top hosts with elite rewards.

Vrbo hosts can reach up to three Performance Milestones, each unlocking benefits like property badging and increased visibility. Reaching the third milestone shows that your property is the best of the best.

Every property globally can earn Performance Milestones. Once you reach the requirements for each, you'll automatically receive the benefits.

Milestone #1: Good

Eligibility

  • Acceptance rate of 90% or more
  • Cancelation rate of 1% or less
  • Review rating of 4 or higher
  • No minimum review count

Rewards

  • Eligibility for new badging
  • Increased search visibility

Milestone #2: Great

At Milestone 2, your listings will reach Premier Host status.

Eligibility

  • Acceptance rate of 99% or more
  • Cancelation rate of 0%
  • Review rating of 4.6 or higher
  • 5 reviews or more

  • Premier Host status

The Property Performance page in your Vrbo Owner dashboard will display your current milestone and the metrics you need to hit to achieve the next one. It will also display tips about how you can hit the required metrics for your specific account or listing.
