Beginning in 2026, Vrbo will launch Performance Milestones to help you measure how well you're performing in the Vrbo marketplace. Performance Milestones also recognize top‑performing hosts with exclusive rewards.

 

How it works

Every property worldwide is eligible to earn up to three Performance Milestones, each unlocking benefits like property badging and increased visibility.

As soon as a property meets the requirements for a milestone, the associated rewards are applied automatically. Reaching Milestone #3 represents the highest level of performance on Vrbo.

 

Check your milestone status

In your Vrbo Owner Dashboard, you can view your current milestone on the Property Performance page. This page also shows the metrics you need to meet to reach the next milestone, along with personalized tips and recommendations.

 

Milestone #1: Good

Eligibility

  • Acceptance rate of 90% or higher
  • Cancellation rate of 1% or lower
  • Review rating of 4.0 or higher
  • No minimum review count

Rewards

  • Eligibility for the Loved by Guests badge to display on your listings
    • This badge recognizes the top 10% of properties in their market for cleanliness, accuracy, location, and ease of check-in.
    • Only properties that have reached at least Milestone #1 are considered.
  • Increased search visibility

 

Milestone #2: Great

At Milestone #2, your listings will reach Premier Host status.

Eligibility

  • Acceptance rate of 99% or higher
  • Cancellation rate of 0%
  • Review rating of 4.6 or higher
  • 5 reviews or more

Rewards

  • All rewards from Milestone #1
  • Eligibility for marketing and public relations opportunities
  • Premier Host status
  • Premier Host badge displayed on your listings
    • Note: The Loved by Guests badge will display instead of the Premier Host badge if your property qualifies for both badges.

Milestone #3: Excellent

Eligibility

  • Acceptance rate of 100%
  • Cancellation rate of 0%
  • Review rating of 5.0
  • 10 reviews or more
