States and countries around the world have different requirements for how your rates must be displayed to travelers.

Many states and countries require us to include all mandatory fees and government-imposed taxes in the lead price displayed to a traveler at the time of booking. Other require us to include all mandatory fees (but not government-imposed taxes) in that lead price. How your rates are displayed will change depending on the country site the traveler is booking on, even if your property is located elsewhere.

To ensure we display your rates appropriately, you must load all mandatory taxes, fees, and charges in the appropriate structured fields in Vrbo Dashboard or with your connectivity provider. This includes mandatory cleaning fees, transfer fees, and city taxes.
