To protect your property from potential damage, you can require that travelers either purchase property damage protection or pay for damages should they occur.

To add or edit the damage protection option on your listing:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the listing you want to edit.
  3. Click the Calendar icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Rates.
  5. Click Rates settings and select Damage protection.
  6. Select either Property damage protection or Damage deposit.
  7. If you select Property damage protection, click the amount of coverage you wish to offer your guests. 
  8. If you select Damage deposit, input the amount that you require.
  9. Click Save.
