If you need to make changes to your trip dates, the number of guests, check-in time, or any other booking information, you can request a change in your guest account.

To change your reservation:
  1. Log in to your guest account and go to My Trips.
  2. Select the reservation you want to modify.
  3. In the Manage your booking section select Request change.
  4. Select new dates, change the number of guests, or write details about what you want to change.
  5. Send the request to the host.  
The host should confirm if they can accommodate your request or not within 48 hours. If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, try contacting them. Your reservation won’t change if the host declines the change or doesn’t reply.

The host will confirm any extra charges or refunds with you before updating your reservation.

Once the host updates your reservation details, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
