Change your reservation
If you need to make changes to your trip dates, the number of guests, check-in time, or any other booking information, you can request a change in your guest account.
For Desktop and Mobile Devices
The host should confirm whether they can accommodate your request within 48 hours. If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, try contacting them. Your reservation won’t be impacted if the host declines the change or doesn’t reply.
The host will confirm any extra charges or refunds with you before updating your reservation. After the host updates your reservation details, you'll receive an email confirmation from us.
If you purchased trip insurance, please contact CSA/Generali at 800-349-8218 to modify your insurance policy.
For Desktop and Mobile Devices
- Go to My Trips in your account.
- Select the reservation.
- In the Trip Detail page, choose Change or Cancel.
- In the Modify Booking section, select Message Host.
- Write in the details you want to change and select Submit.
