Many of our vacation rentals are hosted by property management companies. They often manage multiple properties, and many use an external software system to integrate their information with our website.
As a result, your experience when you book a property managed by one of these companies may differ from booking with a private host.

However, independently of the type of property or host you book with, your reservations are covered by our Book with Confidence Guarantee

Booking management and communications
For these reservations, you might not be able to change or cancel your booking directly from our site.
In addition to Vrbo’s booking confirmation email, you may receive an email directly from the management company. Review this email for important information about your stay, such as payment details or instructions on how to make booking changes and cancellations.

Host contact
You can always be in contact with the host for support with your booking and trip.
Find the host’s contact details on the My Trips page when you log in to your Vrbo account and select your name.
If you received an email from the management company, check for any additional information on how to contact them.

Payments
When you book a property hosted by a management company, you may see multiple charges on your card.
The first payment is Vrbo’s service fee.  Other payments are for the rent amount and other property fees charged by the host.
If the host requests that the booking is paid in separate installments (more than one payment), contact them to confirm the payment schedule and other details on the next payment due.

If you need further assistance, you can always contact us.
