Sometimes, when searching for your property, it may not appear in the search results. This could be due to a few reasons such as:

Notes: 
  • You can’t change the position of your property on search results.
  • We can’t control how properties are featured on third-party (external) websites.
 

Listing status 

When a property is new to the site or was hidden/disabled and then pushed live again, it may take up to 24 hours for your property to appear in all applicable searches. Hence, if your property status was changed recently, it may take up to 24 hours for the change to be reflected.

To view your listing status:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, select the one you want to edit.
  3. Select Property.
  4. Select Property details.
  5. Go to the Listing status section where you'll be able to view the status of your listing.
 

Property location 

Ensure that your property map pin is placed on the exact location of your property on your dashboard. If the search is for a specific area such as a resort, the map pin must be correctly placed within the resort boundary for it to appear in search results. 

Ensure that there’s a location populated in the Where destination bar on your property display page (PDP). The location you input determines your property’s base location and should be populated for your property to show up in relevant search results. 

You may also need to ensure that you checked the Display my property’s location option on the traveler map.
 

Date range 

Any date range being used must meet the minimum stay requirement and any check-in day or booking window requirements. Ensure that you’re searching for dates that have associated rates and availability.
 

Property occupancy 

Verify the maximum number of adults allowed to stay at your property, and whether there are any minimum requirements for bedrooms/bathrooms. 

Searching for your property using the number of bathrooms as a parameter will not produce accurate search results if Toilet wasn’t selected as a filter in Bathroom type.
 

Discounts 

The weekly_discount filter will only appear if you have set a single base discount for your property. Having variable discounts will void the filter.
